Individual Discounts Overview

Individual discounts allow you to create personalized offers for specific clients based on their history, preferences, or to incentivize them to return after a period of absence. Unlike automatic discounts tied to points or specific events, these discounts are assigned manually, giving you complete control over your loyalty strategy.

Understanding Individual Discounts

  1. Permanent benefits: These discounts are ongoing and don’t expire. Once assigned, clients can use them for multiple appointments until you remove them.
  2. Manual control: Individual discounts can only be assigned and removed by salon staff, ensuring you maintain full control of your discount strategy.

How It Works

  1. Create discount types on Menu → Marketing → Individual Discounts page
  2. Assign a discount to a client through their client card page
  3. Clients see discounted prices when viewing services and during the booking process

Creating Types of Individual Discounts

You can create discount types on Menu → Marketing → Individual Discounts page. We’ve already created some sample types to demonstrate possibilities. These include not only different discount percentages but also engagement tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) to enhance client loyalty. You can use these pre-created templates, modify them, or create entirely new ones that better fit your business model.

Now you can assign a discount to a selected client on their client card page. In the dropdown menu, you’ll find all existing discount types.
