Data You Can Migrate to Barberly

With our migration service, you can transfer the following data to Barberly:

• Clients
• Team Members
• Services
• Appointments

Migrate Clients

To migrate your client database to Barberly:

• Send a file in Excel, CSV, or JSON format containing your client information
• Some booking systems allow you to export clients directly to a file
• In some systems, you may need to request the export from their support team

Migrate Services

To migrate your services to Barberly:

• Send a file or link to your existing booking system
• The file should at least contain service name, price, and duration
• We can also extract this information from your website if it’s available

Migrate Team Members

To migrate your team members to Barberly:

• Send a file or link to your existing booking system
• The file should at least contain team member names
• Additional information like specialties or photos is also helpful

Migrate Appointments

Appointment migration can be more complex:

• Only possible if the names of team members and services exactly match those created in Barberly
• Send your appointment data in a file format
• We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition

How to Submit Migration Data

Please send all migration information to team@barberly.com. We will process your request within 24 hours.

After Migration

Once your data has been migrated to Barberly, you can continue with the Initial Setup Step by Step guide to configure any remaining settings and start using your new Barberly system.
